CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SilverSneakers®Classic - Penny (45-60 min class) (Subs: Claudia, Melinie & Pat)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
SilverSneakers®Circuit - Claudia (45-60 min class) (Sub: Penny)
The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.
Weight and Cardio Classes - Angela's (45-60 min class) (Subs: Claudia & Brian)
Cardio: A non-contact mixed martial arts class catered to get your heart pumping and your body sweating. We offer lots of modifications and you can workout to what level you are comfortable with. There is no one too old or too out of shape, everyone can participate. You will burn between 500-800 calories depending on how hard you push yourself.

Weights: This class is designed to work every muscle group in your body using the barbell and plates. Each track of music is focused on a particular muscle group to strengthen and build. You may choose to work heavy or light weights depending on your level/goal! Plus! - you will keep burning calories even after class is done up to 24 hours.
ZUMBA DESCRIPTION - Cherry & Claudia (45-60 min class) (Subs: )
Low and high intensity dance style workout. Routines combine cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. A fun workout for all ages.
POP PILATES - Leann (45-60 min class) (Subsititutes: Zumba)
An incrediable fusion of ab-chieseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout will develop a rock solid core while leaving you with no muscle untouched. It is a total body, equipment free workout. For all ages. (Bring ur own mat.)
